Change of Mind Returns
"Original Paintings"
If you didn’t fall in love with your original painting or feel that it doesn’t quite elevate your space as you hoped, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it. Here’s how to get started:

Email us at art@shereenmahmoud.com.au with your order number and a brief description of your decision.

We’ll send you a return slip to make the process easy.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the artwork is in its original condition and repackaged in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet this criterion may not be accepted. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

"Limited Edition Archival Prints"
We want you to be completely satisfied with your choice. Please double-check your selections, as we don’t offer returns or exchanges for limited edition archival prints due to the nature of the product. Purchases are considered final once order is confirmed.

"Handmade Pendants"
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our original handmade pendants. We encourage you to review the product details carefully before purchasing to ensure you’re happy with your choice.

Damaged Items
We take great pride in our artwork and handmade items and want you to love your purchase. If your painting, print or pendant arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help!
If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:​

Email us at art@shereenmahmoud.com.au within 7 days with your order number and a description of the issue.

Include clear photos of the damaged print and packaging.

Once we receive your information, we’ll determine whether the damage is related to shipping. If it is, we will handle the insurance claim on your behalf and work to resolve the issue and send you a replacement as quickly as possible. If the damage is unrelated to shipping, we’ll send you a replacement right away.

Insurance Coverage
All our art prints are covered under insurance during shipping. If there’s an issue with your print due to shipping damage, please contact us so we can take care of the claims process for you.
