Change of Mind Returns

"Original Paintings"

If you didn’t fall in love with your original painting or feel that it doesn’t quite elevate your space as you hoped, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it. Here’s how to get started:

• Email us at art@shereenmahmoud.com.au with your order number and a brief description of your decision.

• We’ll send you a return slip to make the process easy.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the artwork is in its original condition and repackaged in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet this criterion may not be accepted. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

"Limited Edition Archival Prints"

We want you to be completely satisfied with your choice. Please double-check your selections, as we don’t offer returns or exchanges for limited edition archival prints due to the nature of the product. Purchases are considered final once order is confirmed.

"Handmade Pendants"

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our original handmade pendants. We encourage you to review the product details carefully before purchasing to ensure you’re happy with your choice.

Damaged Items

We take great pride in our artwork and handmade items and want you to love your purchase. If your painting, print or pendant arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help!

If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:​

• Email us at art@shereenmahmoud.com.au within 7 days with your order number and a description of the issue.

• Include clear photos of the damaged print and packaging.

•  Once we receive your information, we’ll determine whether the damage is related to shipping. If it is, we will handle the insurance claim on your behalf and work to resolve the issue and send you a replacement as quickly as possible. If the damage is unrelated to shipping, we’ll send you a replacement right away.

Insurance Coverage

All our art prints are covered under insurance during shipping. If there’s an issue with your print due to shipping damage, please contact us so we can take care of the claims process for you.

Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China UnionPay, Cartes Bancaires, Diners Club, Discover, Visa Electron, Maestro, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4 and Afterpay. Payment will be processed at the time of purchase.

 

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties may apply to international orders and are determined by your country’s customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated by your local authorities.

Currency Conversion

The website operates in AUD (Australian Dollars). The currency converter is provided as a reference tool for approximate conversion values. Final exchange rates and amounts will be determined by your payment provider at the time of purchase. The website is not responsible for any discrepancies in the conversion rates, as these may vary by financial institution."

Shipping Cost

We’re excited to offer free shipping on all orders to Australia and New Zealand!
For international orders outside these regions, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 10 business days using Australia Post Express Post, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. Signature on delivery is required for all orders.

Packaging & Protection

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We use premium packaging materials, including protective layers to guard against damage during transit, and ensure your print arrives in perfect condition.​

Shipping & Customs

Please note that any additional charges, such as customs duties and taxes, are handled by the customer. These charges will be calculated by the customs office in your country.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at art@shereenmahmoud.com.au. We’ll do our best to assist you in correcting the address before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs may apply.

Shipping Delays Due to External Factors
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, please note that certain factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen disruptions, may cause delays in the shipping process. During the holiday season, there may be additional delays due to the increased volume of orders. We recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to your delivery status and appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

"CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND LONGEVITY"​

Limited Edition Archival Prints

To ensure the longevity of your print, we recommend the following:

• Proper Handling: Always handle the print with clean, dry hands or wear gloves to avoid transferring oils or dirt.

• Storage: Store prints in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperatures.

• Framing: For optimal preservation, you may consider frame prints under UV-protective glass to prevent fading from exposure to light.

• Avoid Damage: Avoid bending or rolling the print. When transporting, use sturdy packaging to protect it from damage.

• Longevity: Prints produced on Canson® Infinity Edition Etching Rag are expected to last to more than 100 years, assuming proper handling and care. The longevity may vary depending on the environment and care provided.
